The project
Bocca reports using VenoxAI’s workflows to reduce repetitive manual work while keeping its team involved in key decisions. In its first-month feedback, the restaurant estimates getting back approximately 35 staff hours per month to focus on operations, its team, and guests.
The original workflow brief explored catering inquiries, specials publishing, overflow calls, shift handoffs, and invoice review. Those five opportunities are described below; the testimonial shares the client’s experience with the workflows it automated.
Our approach
Start with a task that takes real time
Review actual inquiries, repeated updates, and existing tools before selecting a pilot. Catering follow-ups are the leading candidate when requests involve repeated back-and-forth; specials publishing is another starting point when the same update is prepared for several channels.
Prepare the next step for staff
Use AI to organize messages, flag missing details, and prepare drafts. Quotes, availability, dietary assurances, bookings, customer messages, and publishing stay under staff control.
Measure the work that remains
Establish a baseline, then compare similar tasks during a supervised trial. Include review, corrections, exceptions, and routine upkeep when assessing time saved, with setup time reported separately.
Original workflow direction
The original brief outlined five workflow opportunities, with catering inquiries and specials publishing as leading pilot candidates. This describes the planning scope; the first-month feedback below does not identify which individual workflows were deployed.
Opportunities in the original brief
- Catering inquiries and follow-ups: organize event details, flag missing information, draft replies, and track the next response for staff review.
- Specials and events: turn one approved update into website, email, and social drafts, with checks for missing dates or prices and expired offers.
- Overflow calls: explore approved answers, catering callback collection, and staff transfers after phone routing and permissions are confirmed.
- Shift handoffs: organize existing notes into open issues, assigned tasks, and next-shift instructions when repeated clarification is a problem.
- Invoice review: flag possible duplicates, total discrepancies, and comparable unit-price changes for staff review, with payment decisions kept manual.

In their words
“After one month of using VenoxAI, the workflows we automated went from taking our team roughly 45 staff hours per month to about 10. That’s approximately 35 hours a month we’re getting back to focus on running the restaurant, supporting our team, and taking care of our guests. The systems have helped us cut down on repetitive manual work while still keeping our team involved where it matters. We’ve really enjoyed working with VenoxAI and are excited about the efficiencies we’ve already seen.”
